on Second Consecutive Term


Sofia, January 1 (BTA) - President Rosen Plevneliev on January 1
congratulated Dilma Rousseff on beginning her second term as
President of Brazil.

"I believe that the people of Brazil, led by such a
distinguished stateswoman and proven leader, will continue along
the road to prosperity and progress. I take this opportunity to
confirm Bulgaria's will to reach new horizons in the bilateral
