Flooding Closes Kapitan Andreevo Border Checkpoint

Haskovo, December 4 (BTA) - A flooding caused by the incessant
heavy rain in Southeastern Bulgaria has closed for traffic by
all vehicles the Kapitan Andreevo-Kapikule border checkpoint to
Turkey, the National Customs Agency said on Thursday.

Drivers are instructed to use the Lessovo-Hamzabeyli border
checkpoint.
