Sofia, November 3 (BTA) - In a statement Monday, the Bulgarian
Foreign Ministry expressed its "deep concern over the so-called
presidential and parliamentary elections held on November 2 in
Donetsk and Luhansk 'People's Republics'".

"These so-called elections are contrary to the current Ukrainian
legislation and the Minsk Protocol, and do not contribute to
finding a lasting political solution to the Ukrainian crisis,
Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov said in a press release.

We urge the signatories of the Minsk agreements to strictly
abide by their commitments while fully respecting the
territorial integrity, sovereignty, independence and unity of
Ukraine."
