Sofia, August 6 (BTA) - Speaking to journalists after the caretaker Government's first meeting on Wednesday, Prime Minister Georgi Bliznashki said his Cabinet is nominating Kristalina Georgieva not only as the Bulgarian EU commissioner, but also as te EU's high representative for foreign affairs.
