Sofia, August 14 (BTA) - Bulgargaz expects the price of natural gas to fall by 6 per cent as of October 1, the public supplier said on its website.

The price of natural gas in the last quarter is forecast at 347.99 leva per 1,000 cu m exclusive of VAT, excise duty and transmission charge, down by 22.22 leva per 1,000 cu m from now.

This forecast is backed by the cheaper dollar.

A final proposal for the price of gas in the last quarter will be made to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission on September 8.
