BSP Leader Ninova Asks President Radev Whether PM Borissov Has Executed National Security Council's Decisions
Sofia, June 27 (BTA) - In a letter to President Rumen Radev, Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) leader Kornelia Ninova asks whether Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has executed the decisions of the Consultative Council on National Security (CCNS), BSP said in a press release on Tuesday.
A decision was made during the May 30 CCNS for the Executive to propose by June 20 an integrated development of the security sector and redistribution of resources for the separate State bodies and structures over the next five years, the letter recalls.
Ninova asks to be informed whether the Government has carried out this decision, which was supported by Prime Minister Borissov during the Council, and whether the proposals have been presented to the President.
Parliament is to discuss the priorities of the Bulgarian EU Presidency at BSP's request. In connection to this debate, Ninova asks to be informed whether the President has received a report from the Government in compliance with the CCNS decision.
