No Reports about Bulgarians Hurt in Brussels Station Blast

Sofia, June 21 (BTA) - By 11:00 p.m. Bulgarian time on Tuesday, there were no reports about any Bulgarians having been hurt in the explosion in Brussels, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry said.

A suicide bomber was shot dead by soldiers after he set off explosives that failed to injure anyone at the Brussels Central Station Tuesday evening.

The Ministry advised Bulgarian nationals staying in Brussels to avoid the area of the Central Station and to follow strictly the recommendations of the local authorities and to follow media reports.

The Bulgarian Embassy in Brussels is following the situation and keeps in touch with the local authorities.
