Statistical Institute Reports 0.3% Deflation in May

Sofia, June 14 (BTA) - The National Statistical Institute reported a 0.3 per cent deflation in May, compared to April.

Inflation since the start of this year stands at 1.2 per cent, while in May of 2017 it was 2.3 per cent, compared to last May.

The average annual inflation rate for the June 2016 - May 2017 period is 0.5 per cent, compared to June 2015 - May 2016.
