Deputy Prime Minister Donchev: Total Finds Oil in Black Sea

Sofia, October 28 (BTA) - Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev said during a sitting of the National Council for Tri-partite Cooperation that there has been an oil discovery in the Black Sea.

France's Total announced a couple of hours ago that they have found oil in the Black Sea, Donchev said.
