Collective Agreement for 2017 Signed in Health Care Sector
Sofia, October 10 (BTA) - The collective agreement for the health care sector for 2017 was signed by the employers, the trade unions and the Health Ministry on Monday. All sides expressed satisfaction with the agreement they were able to reach.
It is the first time since 2013 the collective agreement in this sector gets updated.
The document sets out the base monthly pay for the employees in health care, perquisites and employment relations in the sector, among other issues.
Health Minister Peter Moskov said that the new agreement ensures predictability in the sector.
He also said that base wages will be increased between 15 and 30 per cent.
