Lebanese Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing in Sofia because of Ill Passenger

Sofia, October 9 (BTA) - An aircraft of Lebanese carrier Middle East Airlines flying from Beirut to Geneva made an emergency landing at Sofia airport on Sunday because of a sick passenger, the Sofia Airport said in a press release.

The passenger was taken down from the plane to receive treatment. The aircraft flew off to Geneva.
