Prosecution Requests Extradition of Turkish National Involved in Traffic Incident

Sofia, August 8 (BTA) - The Sofia City Prosecution Office has requested from Turkey to extradite Turkish national Faruk Bektas.

The prosecution service issued a European Arrest Warrant on Bektas, who caused the death of a couple in a traffic accident on July 24.

The case sparked strong public reaction after Bektas who was put under house arrest disappeared.
