President Plevneliev Cables Condolences to Russian President Putin over Rostov-on-Don Plane Crash

Sofia, March 19 (BTA) - President Rosen Plevneliev has cabled condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over a FlyDubai plane crash in the Russian town of Rostov-on-Don, which killed 62 people.

Plevneliev said: "At this difficult time on behalf of the Bulgarian people and myself I would like to convey our heartfelt condolences to you, to the friendly people of Russia and to the families of the victims".
