33 Migrants Detained Near Tsarevo

Bourgas, on the Black Sea, December21 (BTA) - Thirty-three Iraqi nationals have been detained after they entered the country illegally, the police in Bourgas said. Seventeen men, 8 women and 8 children were found in an English-plated truck.

The truck was driven by a 24-year old man from Samokov with a previous criminal record. Summary proceedings have been launched against him for human smuggling.
