over Bomb Alert


Sofia, December 1 (BTA) - Terminal 1 of the Sofia Airport was sealed off due to suspicions about a bomb planted in a minibus, parked in the area of the terminal, the Interior Ministry said.

Shortly before 1 pm a person called the European emergency phone number to report about an alleged explosive device in a foreign-registered minibus. Teams of the Specialized Unit for Combatting Terrorism was sent on spot. Their check is still going on. There are not cancelled flights for the time being. /LI/TK/
