Konstantin Penchev Elected to Constitutional Court

Sofia, October 8 (BTA) - Parliament on Thursday elected the former ombudsman Konstantin Penchev as judge on the Constitutional Court. The vote was 98 in favour, 33 against and 12 abstentions.
