President Sets Election/Referendum Date on October 25

Sofia, August 10 (BTA) - President Rosen Plevneliev decreed that
 elections for mayors and municipal councillors will be held on
October 25, the President's Press Secretariat reported on
Monday.

Plevneliev also announced that a referendum will be conducted on
 this same date to ask Bulgarians: "Do you favour the idea of
making remote voting by electronic means possible during
elections and referendums?"
