Prominent Bulgarian Actor Vassil Popov Passes Away

Sofia, August 7 (BTA) - Prominent Bulgarian actor Vassil Popov
passed away after a long illness on Thursday. He was 81. Culture
 Minister Vezhdi Rashidov sent condolences to Popov's relatives,
 the Culture Ministry said. "A big talent passed away who
enriched our world with a love of life, laughter and hope,"
Rashidov wrote. 

One of Popov's most memorable parts was the Artist in the famous
 Bulgarian film "The Boy Turns Man".
