Croatian Parliament Speaker Leko to Pay Official Visit to Bulgaria
Sofia, March 27 (BTA) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Josip Leko
will pay an official visit to Bulgaria from March 30 to April 1
at the invitation of National Assembly Chair Tsetska Tsacheva,
Parliament's press centre said Friday.
On March 30, Leko will confer with Tsacheva, President Rosen
Plevneliev and Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.
On March 31, the Croatian Parliament Speaker will visit Plovdiv
(South Central Bulgaria) where he will meet with Regional
Governor Rozalin Petkov.
On April 1, Leko will confer with National Assembly Foreign
Policy Committee Chair Dzhema Grozdanova and committee members,
and will be welcomed in Parliament's plenary chamber. Tsacheva
and her Croatian guest will make statements to the media.
Leko is also scheduled to meet with Prof. Roumen Pankov, Deputy
Rector of the St Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia, Prof.
Panayot Karagyozov, Dean of the Faculty of Slavic Studies, and
Sofia University students studying the Croatian language.
