Chronic Kidney Disease Affects 13% of Bulgarians, Data Show

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) affects 13% of Bulgarians. Nine out of ten people do not know that they suffer from CKD, said the Chair of the Association of Patients with Kidney Diseases (APBZ), Hristina Nikolova during a BTA press conference. CKD is asymptomatic, which is why the disease is defined as a silent pandemic.

Project Draws Attention to International Human Rights Protection

A project, titled "International Human Rights Standards in Focus" was presented at a press conference at the BTA National Press Club in Sofia on Monday. Burgas Airport Expects Single-Digit Increase in Passenger Numbers in 2024

Burgas Airport expects a single-digit increase in the number of passengers served this year, said Ivo Barzov, expert from the Aviation Marketing department at the airport, during a meeting with the tourist industry in Pomorie.
