CC-DB Proposes that Capital Expenditures Be Allocated to Municipalities on Per Capita Basis

For many years, the state allocated a significant portion of the capital investments without criteria, in haste, which led to poor results because mayors looked for ways to absorb the funds quickly. In terms of allocations, Northern Bulgaria was constantly disadvantaged, said Martin Dimitrov, top-of-the-list candidate of the Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) coalition for the June 9 parliamentary elections in Ruse, CC-DB said in a press release.
